  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure client needs are effectively met.
  • Create compelling sales presentations to pitch products and services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry networking events and trade shows to expand business contacts.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals efficiently.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to enhance client loyalty and referrals.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the events industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on value-based selling approaches.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
