Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in educational counseling, student advising, or academic coaching.
• Strong understanding of student assessment tools and educational methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse student populations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective student programs.
• Knowledge of college admission processes, scholarship opportunities, and financial aid resources.
• Proficiency in utilizing educational software and student management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex student issues effectively.
