Job Description

An E-Commerce Executive is a pivotal role within the online retail landscape, responsible for driving online sales and enhancing the e-commerce experience. This role demands a dynamic professional with a strong background in digital marketing, sales strategies, and analytics. The E-Commerce Executive will collaborate with various teams to ensure the seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives, aimed at boosting revenue and customer engagement. With a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital trends, and consumer behavior, the E-Commerce Executive will implement strategies that optimize online presence and maximize conversion rates. The individual will work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure the online store meets and exceeds sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to create effective online campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and customer behavior analytics regularly.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
  • Oversee the management of online platforms, ensuring product accuracy and representation.
  • Coordinate with the IT department to improve the website experience and functionality.
  • Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for improved website visibility.
  • Manage the inventory and logistics for timely product delivery and availability.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
  • Create reports and analytics to track e-commerce performance metrics monthly.
  • Ensure that all online communications adhere to the brand’s voice and guidelines.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends to maintain the competitiveness of the online store.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and familiar with content management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting web analytics data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
