UI/UX Designer (225-730)

We are seeking a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces that enhance user experience. They will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business objectives into visually compelling and intuitive designs. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and visuals.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering teams effectively and efficiently.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop user-centric designs by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design process.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems as part of an iterative design process, ensuring functionality and performance.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to maintain design consistency across projects.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of UI/UX design.
• Use research-based insights to inform design decisions, ensuring products meet user needs and business goals.
• Work closely with developers to ensure clean implementation of designs and collaboration during the build phase.
• Continuously refine and iterate on design solutions to improve the user experience over time.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to foster an environment of growth and learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting user research data for design improvements.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and a passion for clean interfaces.
• Ability to present and describe design ideas and solutions effectively to various stakeholders.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
