The Social Media Marketing Executive is a pivotal role within our dynamic marketing team, focusing on enhancing our brand's presence across various social media platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in an engaging and timely manner across all social media channels.
  • Design and implement social media advertising campaigns, measuring effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
  • Analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize social media strategies and content.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices to keep strategies current and innovative.
  • Collaborate with influencers and bloggers to foster community engagement and expand brand visibility.
  • Manage social media tools and platforms for scheduling, analytics, and communication improvements.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for internal teams on the latest social media marketing techniques.
  • Plan, research, and develop comprehensive social media content calendars for strategic scheduling.
  • Manage public feedback and reputation through proactive and reactive community management efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics software is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for creating engaging content and strategies.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
