Job Description

As an SEO Executive, you will play a critical role in driving our company's digital presence and search engine rankings. Your goal will be to enhance our online visibility and influence the digital footprint of our brands globally. By overseeing all aspects of Search Engine Optimization, you will ensure higher search engine rankings and improved website traffic. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and the marketing team to implement effective SEO strategies and tactics. Your expertise in the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices will enable you to contribute significantly to our digital marketing efforts. Success in this role means driving our website to the top of search engine results pages, thus supporting our growth, sales, and customer engagement objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to achieve higher search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content creators and website structure.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, suggesting enhancements for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted online campaigns.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy for search engine effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Manage offsite and onsite optimization projects and report on performance metrics.
  • Provide SEO insights and recommendations during the website redesign process.
  • Evaluate and integrate new SEO tools or software to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
  • Evaluate competitor strategies and market trends to refine SEO tactics.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on SEO performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field required.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with various SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Moz.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques and best practices.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and collaboration.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and handling website analytics would be advantageous.
