Job Description

As a Patient Relation Executive, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless experience for patients by facilitating communication between them and the healthcare staff. Your role is crucial in addressing patient concerns, handling inquiries, and enhancing overall patient satisfaction. You will be instrumental in creating a warm and welcoming environment for patients and their families by being empathetic and attentive to their needs. Working closely with medical staff and administration, you will contribute to the improvement of service quality and patient care through feedback and effective communication strategies. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact point for patient inquiries and complaints resolution.
  • Maintain and improve patient satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to address patient needs promptly.
  • Gather and document patient feedback to identify areas of service improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies for enhancing the patient experience and care quality.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain up-to-date knowledge of patient privacy regulations.
  • Organize and conduct patient satisfaction surveys to gather actionable insights.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to patients navigating healthcare processes and services.
  • Compile reports on patient experiences and recommend improvements to management.
  • Work to foster positive relationships between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Assist in training staff on effective communication and patient interaction skills.
  • Stay informed on healthcare trends to anticipate patient needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in patient relations or healthcare support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with diverse individuals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Ability to handle confidential information sensitively and professionally.
  • Experience with healthcare systems, policies, and patient care processes is desirable.
  • Proficiency in using patient management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
