Job Description

As an International Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our global reach and driving international sales growth. Your main focus will be on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in overseas markets, building strong relationships with international clients, and closing sales deals to contribute to the company's bottom line. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of various international markets, cultural sensitivities, and effective communication skills to negotiate and engage with diverse clients. You will also collaborate closely with our internal sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to after-sales support. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective international sales strategies for diverse markets.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in global territories.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with international clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with international buyers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations tailored to potential clients' needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities through CRM systems.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve any global customer service issues.
  • Travel to international locations for meetings and exhibitions as required.
  • Monitor competitive activities and suggest proactive strategies to stay ahead.
  • Meet and exceed set international sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in international sales, preferably within a related industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand diverse cultural norms and business etiquettes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to engage with clients and attend events.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is highly advantageous for this role.
