Job Description

The role of a Sales Promoter is critical in driving awareness and increasing sales of a company's products or services. As a Sales Promoter, you will represent the brand in various markets and environments, engaging with potential customers, and providing information that encourages purchases. You will need to possess an energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused personality to capture attention and improve customer engagement. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales and achieve business goals through effective communication and sales techniques. This position often requires you to be in the field, meet sales targets, offer product demonstrations, and maintain a positive brand image. As a critical member of the promotional team, you will work closely with sales and marketing departments to strategize promotional activities and identify market trends to optimize the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to explain features and benefits of products.
  • Conduct in-store and event-based product demonstrations efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and employees.
  • Gather customer feedback and report to the marketing team promptly.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Stay updated with new product information and industry trends regularly.
  • Distribute promotional materials to create brand awareness effectively.
  • Support the marketing team with strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Provide solutions to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes efficiently in promotional areas.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a promoter, sales representative, or related role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to handle different types of customers successfully.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude needed.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles preferred.
  • High school diploma; additional education in marketing is a plus.
