  • Ensure all fitness activities are conducted in a safe and encouraging environment.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training routines.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and training sessions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create comprehensive wellness programs.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance personal training skills and knowledge.
  • Market personal training services to expand client base and retain existing clients.
  • Provide first aid assistance and handle emergency situations promptly when necessary.

Requirements

  • Certification as a personal trainer from a recognized fitness organization.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing workout routines for individuals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate clients.
  • Knowledge of basic nutrition principles and healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Physical ability to demonstrate exercises and facilitate workouts for clients.
  • First aid and CPR certification for handling emergencies during training.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
