Job Description

A Financial Analyst plays a critical role in the financial health and strategy of an organization. They are responsible for examining financial data, spotting trends, and making recommendations based on their findings. Responsibilities

  • Ensure financial reports comply with industry standards and legal regulations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations during management strategic planning sessions.
  • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and financial regulations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Support the accounting team in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and financial databases.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively deliver actionable financial insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of current financial regulations and a commitment to staying informed on changes.
  • Experience in drafting and delivering comprehensive financial reports to an executive audience.
