The Finance Officer plays a crucial role in managing the financial health and reporting of an organization.   • Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, providing training and performance feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Officer, or similar financial management position.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
