Job Description

The Finance Manager in the steel industry plays a critical role in overseeing the financial health of the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in financial management roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations within the steel industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop financial teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
  • Experience with financial software systems and enterprise resource planning tools.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the capacity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is highly desirable.
