Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role with a strong service orientation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
