Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities are essential.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for customer interaction.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personality types.
