Job Description

The Client Servicing Executive for Events plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients by ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded. This position requires excellent communication skills and an in-depth understanding of the events industry. The executive will collaborate with various departments to deliver seamless service while addressing any client inquiries or issues promptly. Furthermore, the role involves anticipating client needs, planning and overseeing event execution, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to business growth by securing repeat business. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term, positive relationships with all assigned clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth execution of client events.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and guide their event needs.
  • Prepare event proposals and budgets tailored to each client's requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of client communication from initial inquiry to post-event feedback.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients.
  • Ensure all client concerns and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare detailed event reports and present them to clients after the event concludes.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve future events and services offered.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in event management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client servicing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client servicing or event management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality client experiences.
