The role of a Client Servicing Associate is essential for maintaining robust relationships between a company and its clients. As a Client Servicing Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact point for clients, addressing all inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs and expectations effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with clients through various communication channels.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client accounts and project requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on client account activities and progress.
  • Track client feedback and implement improvements to enhance client retention.
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings to discuss project developments and feedback.
  • Liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and financial records for clients.
  • Assist in the development and execution of client service strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in client servicing or customer support roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Exhibit high levels of professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
