Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project lifecycle from planning to final execution.
• Design and develop infrastructure projects with a focus on sustainability.
• Perform technical and feasibility studies including costings and estimating.
• Develop detailed designs using software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Carry out site surveys and research to optimize construction strategies.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all projects with local and national regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals on construction plans.
• Resolve design and development issues with innovative solutions.
• Communicate progress reports and present findings to stakeholders and clients.
• Supervise contracted staff and coordinate construction and engineering schedules.

• Attend and contribute to project review meetings and offer industry expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is mandatory.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain it within a year.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in civil engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in engineering design software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering processes, construction, and materials.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record in handling large projects.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities are essential.
