Job Description

The Business Development Manager is a pivotal role within the company, responsible for driving growth and expanding reach within the industry. Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling client complaints and queries effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on changing market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite for project management.
  • Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings as required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team successfully.
  • Familiarity with market research and ability to identify market opportunities effectively.
