The Assistant Manager - Marketing plays a crucial role within our marketing department, supporting the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals. This position requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills capable of crafting innovative campaigns while also understanding market dynamics and consumer behavior. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this role assists in managing brand presence, expanding market reach, and enhancing customer engagement. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role or similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and branding techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics platforms.
