Job Description

As an Advertising Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of driving advertising revenue for our company. You will be responsible for managing and expanding our client portfolio by establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. Your role will involve understanding client advertising needs, crafting effective marketing strategies, and providing superior service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be instrumental in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of our advertising department. In this dynamic role, you will need to stay updated on industry trends, possess excellent negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative and creativity are highly valued.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify client advertising needs and provide tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management regularly.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure the best possible deals.
  • Ensure complete client satisfaction through attentive account management efforts.
  • Stay informed about the competitors’ advertising products and services.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver advertising projects on time.
  • Provide clients with insights and analytics to track the success of their campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Knowledge of digital and traditional advertising platforms and strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
