The Regional Client Services Specialist is a pivotal role within our organization, focused on ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients within the designated region. Liaising across departments, they ensure that client needs are met in a timely fashion while also working proactively to identify potential service improvements. Success in this role is defined by the ability to formulate strategic service solutions that align with client expectations and organizational goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key regional clients through regular interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct needs assessments to effectively tailor services to each client’s unique requirements.
  • Proactively identify potential areas for service improvement and address them accordingly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and manage resolutions efficiently.
  • Prepare and present regular service delivery reports to both clients and internal management.
  • Provide training and support to clients regarding new products and services offered.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements at all times.
  • Facilitate client feedback sessions to gather insights and incorporate changes where necessary.
  • Coordinate special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends to recommend innovative service solutions that benefit clients.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a positive start to the partnership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in a client services or customer relations role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of successful client resolutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required to meet with clients and attend meetings.
