A Data Entry Operator is a vital role within any organization, responsible for carefully entering and maintaining accurate data into computer systems and databases.   • Perform periodic backups to safeguard data integrity and prevent information loss.
  • Address and resolve data entry-related inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance data entry skills and efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word applications.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy with an emphasis on error-free data entry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are critical for success.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with data entry software and familiarity with database management systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
  • Basic understanding of administrative processes and office procedures is advantageous.
