Job Description

A Business Development Executive is a proactive leader responsible for driving company growth and fostering strategic partnerships to expand the organization's market presence. This position requires a dynamic individual who can identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and strategically plan to boost profitability and market share. The Business Development Executive must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to effectively identify market demands and develop solutions that align with the company's goals. They are passionate about business growth, customer acquisition, and ensuring client satisfaction while working closely with various departments to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.


Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients to generate revenue.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs to drive business expansion.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to build a strong client network.
  • Promote the company’s products and services to enhance brand presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profit and close deals effectively.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Develop and deliver pitches to potential investors and stakeholders to secure business funding.
  • Keep track of sales, revenue, and invoices to evaluate performance and report to senior management.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive analysis, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software to track leads and sales activities.
