The Assistant Manager is a vital part of any organization’s leadership team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, delegating tasks and monitoring progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Proven ability to handle operational duties efficiently and to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of financial management and budget planning.
  • Experience in developing and implementing performance improvement strategies.
