An Administration Executive in the Leasing department plays a vital role in managing and facilitating leasing activities within a company or organization.   • Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimize asset utilization and revenue.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about leasing trends and competitors.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and forecasts related to leasing activities.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to ensure efficient leasing operations and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leasing, property management, or administration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of lease terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using leasing management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
