UX Designer (225-730)

We are seeking a skilled and innovative UX Designer to join our dynamic team and help create exceptional user experiences for our digital products. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding our users and designing intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our products meet both business needs and user expectations. Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to gather requirements and understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Design and iterate on UX solutions based on user feedback and usability testing results.
• Develop user personas and scenarios to guide design decisions and strategies.
• Ensure consistency in visual and interaction design across various platforms and devices.
• Work closely with UI designers to maintain coherence between UX and UI design elements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, methodologies, and best practices.
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders using data and sound reasoning.
• Assist in defining and maintaining design guidelines and standards for all products.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems through qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark and identify potential opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role within the industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to focus on user needs and goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing processes.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
