UI/UX Designer (225-731)

A UI/UX Designer plays a critical role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications. They are responsible for translating user needs and business objectives into creative, engaging, and intuitive digital experiences. This position requires a balance of creativity and technical expertise to create designs that not only look great but also perform well in terms of user experience. UI/UX Designers work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the final product is both usable and aesthetically pleasing. They must be proficient in design software, understand user behavior, and stay updated with the latest design trends to create products that are both functional and beautiful.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
• Conduct user research and wireframing, and prototype and design UI elements and navigation components.
• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Produce high-quality designs from concept to execution, including those for desktop and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and integrated brand perception and user-experience.
• Develop and maintain design wireframes and specifications as needed.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies in the industry.
• Perform user testing and create prototypes for A/B testing purposes.
• Iterate and improve designs based on feedback and usability findings.
• Present and defend design decisions clearly and professionally to stakeholders.
• Implement and manage a design feedback loop for ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design or related fields.
• Proven ability to create user-friendly interfaces that improve user experience.
• Strong experience with design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design work.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
