Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by generating leads and closing sales over the phone. Your main objective will be to cultivate relationships with new and existing customers, understand their needs, and promote the company's products or services effectively. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
  • Generate sales by effectively persuading and upselling to customers over the phone.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the company CRM system.
  • Identify customer needs and utilize suggestive sales techniques to recommend relevant products.
  • Resolve any customer concerns and answer questions about products or services.
  • Meet and exceed daily call and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with past customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and pricing changes of the company.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve the overall sales strategy and performance.
  • Provide feedback to management on potential improvements to enhance sales processes.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss strategies and sales performances.
  • Maintain excellent service standards and achieve high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the capacity to handle objections effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and familiar with maintaining detailed records.
  • A high school diploma; BSc/BA in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
