Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the HR team for a smooth onboarding process of new hires.
  • Stay updated with current labor laws and ensure recruitment processes comply.
  • Participate in job fairs and enhance the company's employer brand and presence.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment status and challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition or similar role within a reputable firm.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices in diverse industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this role.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines consistently.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
  • Strong networking abilities and the capability to build lasting professional relationships.
