Software Tester – Selenium (225-813)

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Software Tester with extensive experience in Selenium to join our innovative software development team. You will design test cases, develop automation scripts, and perform comprehensive testing to detect issues and ensure product reliability. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software defects.
• Analyze testing results and report discrepancies to developers and project managers.
• Work closely with the QA team to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Coordinate with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Conduct regression testing and ensure consistent software quality delivery.
• Document testing procedures and prepare detailed test reports for management.
• Stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies to enhance testing processes.
• Ensure continuous improvement in testing processes, methodologies, and practices.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements.
• Advocate for best practices in software quality assurance and testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Software Tester with Selenium testing tool expertise.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, software testing techniques, and tools.
• Ability to write efficient test scripts and automate testing processes proficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
