Job Description

An SAP Human Resources Specialist plays a crucial role in aligning HR processes with the business objectives through the effective use of SAP systems. Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain SAP HR modules to support organizational objectives and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and address business system needs.
  • Develop and implement SAP HR solutions to enhance HR processes and workflows.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity in SAP HR.
  • Train HR staff and end-users on SAP HR functionalities and best practices.
  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into applicable SAP solutions.
  • Manage SAP HR projects from conception through to implementation and review.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards in all SAP HR implementations.
  • Maintain documentation for SAP HR system configurations and process flows.
  • Facilitate the integration of SAP HR with other enterprise-wide applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the SAP HR systems.
  • Stay updated on SAP HR technology trends to innovate HR technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience working with SAP HR modules such as Payroll or Time Management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to enhance HR operations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions using SAP HR.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in SAP HR environments.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading HR system projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills for training and supporting diverse user groups.
