Job Description

The role of a Sales Representative is crucial in driving the economic engine of a company by generating sales and increasing revenue. This position involves not only seeking out and establishing new customer relationships but also nurturing and maintaining existing ones. Sales Representatives are on the front lines of customer interaction, tasked with understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions via the company's products or services. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently and effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on clients' feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitive products.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative sales strategies.
  • Report on sales performance and present insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales successfully.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage and analyze sales data.
  • Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients when required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and high energy level.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and ability to adapt strategy accordingly.
