Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales functions. You will be responsible for coordinating between different departments to facilitate the sales process, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and assisting in sales forecasting and reporting. You should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be integral in maintaining client satisfaction and enhancing the efficiency of sales operations. A detail-oriented mindset and a proactive approach will be key to your success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities to enhance productivity and sales outcomes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate sales and service information.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Process and track sales orders and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities.
  • Identify potential sales leads and support outreach efforts for new business.
  • Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales, operations, and logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to senior sales executives and management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in sales support role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
