Job Description

The Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting sales operations and enhancing the customer experience. As a vital member of the sales team, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and help drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the planning and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.

  • Stay informed about product knowledge and emerging market trends in the industry.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new and junior sales staff as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a sales role with a customer service focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse tasks.
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems and retail point of sale systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to exceed sales targets.
