Job Description

The Retail Sales Promoter plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and promoting products to enhance sales in retail environments. Responsibilities

  • Ensure all promotional materials are available and in excellent condition for use daily.

  • Achieve sales targets by consistently surpassing individual and team objectives.
  • Maintain product knowledge to update promotional strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, forwarding issues to the relevant department if needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably within a promotional capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain product displays.
