Job Description

We are currently seeking a driven and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will focus on closing sales deals and maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will manage customer inquiries, generate leads, and support sales strategies while working closely with the outside sales team. Your major goal will be to expand our customer base and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide necessary sales information.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and meet sales targets and goals.
  • Maintain and expand the customer database within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Negotiate terms, finalize sales agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products and offerings.
  • Assist in developing marketing initiatives to promote product visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are crucial for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment.
