Job Description

The Corporate Sales Executive is a pivotal role within our sales department, focused on driving revenue through strategic partnerships and leveraging corporate relationships. This role requires a dynamic and charismatic individual who can engage with senior-level executives and foster long-term relationships beneficial to the company's growth. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales goals with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets while upholding the company's values and standards.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that meets corporate objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue growth opportunities in the B2B market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Present sales, revenue, and forecasts to the management team regularly.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to explore new business strategies.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals with clients at the corporate level.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and integration of newly acquired clients.
  • Gather and analyze data to understand product needs and improvements.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and client communications efficiently.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote business and network.
  • Provide feedback to product development for continuous improvement of offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a corporate sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and leverage them for strategic advantage.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
