Responsibilities

  • Address incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and accounts.
  • Document customer interactions and enter details into the customer relationship management system.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues they might be experiencing.
  • Enhance customer experience by recommending product improvements or new offerings.
  • Meet performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services for better customer support.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolutions are met and satisfaction is confirmed.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve service quality.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Address customer feedback promptly, looking to enhance service procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Previous call center experience or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using call center equipment and desktop applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and challenging customers with patience.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
