Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions to enhance business processes. Your work will support our organization in achieving its strategic goals by generating insights from data analysis and recommending actionable improvements. Developing effective communication strategies and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders will be key components of your role. By working collaboratively across departments, you will ensure that changes are implemented successfully and efficiently to leverage the best outputs from each team and system.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business problems to define and document business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, specify, and validate requirements and features.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business process improvements.
  • Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.
  • Develop project plans and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with project teams.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders to communicate findings and insights.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions for business challenges.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Participate in system testing to ensure solutions meet requirements before implementation.
  • Review and update documentation to keep track of changes in processes and systems.
  • Act as a liaison among project teams, technology teams, and business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to understand complex business issues and devise actionable solutions.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies for generating business insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
