An Account Director in Talent Solutions serves as a strategic leader responsible for fostering and maintaining key client relationships within the talent acquisition sector. Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients and internal teams.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent performance feedback.
  • Manage a dedicated team, offering guidance and support in project execution.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and recommend improvements when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account performance and present them to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contract terms, aiming to maximize value and secure renewals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in account management or client relations within talent solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition practices and strategies is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, primarily PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to analyze complex client needs and develop effective tailored solutions.
