Job Description

The Tele Calling Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients through telephone calls to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage rejection gracefully. This role demands an individual who is both driven and persuasive, capable of maintaining a professional demeanor while conversing with a diverse array of clients. You'll need to quickly understand customer needs and handle queries effectively, enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting sales. Furthermore, you will be expected to document calls and follow up on prospects, ensuring consistent communication. This position offers an opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of the company by enhancing customer experience and facilitating successful client interactions.


Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients through phone calls to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading components to describe products persuasively.
  • Identify customer queries and direct them to the appropriate team member for resolution.
  • Document every call made and update the customer database accordingly.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of company products to answer questions accurately.
  • Follow up on leads generated by the marketing department to convert prospects into sales.
  • Provide ongoing communication with clients to capture future sales opportunities.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as determined by management.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, providing appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new client opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise the best outreach strategies.
  • Maintain a productive and supportive environment to improve team performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred in related fields.
  • Proven experience as telecalling executive or relevant customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
  • Ability to learn about products and services quickly to convey information efficiently.
  • Persuasive with strong negotiation skills to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Good computer skills with familiarity in CRM systems and telephone systems.
  • Strong ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure in challenging scenarios.
