Job Description

As a Tele Caller Executive, you will be the frontline of communication between our company and its clients. Your main role will involve reaching out to potential customers via telephone to introduce products and services, address inquiries, and facilitate meaningful interactions. You will be expected to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure loyalty by providing exceptional service and support. This position requires individuals who are excellent communicators, possess strong sales instincts, and are capable of handling rejections positively. Your contribution will be crucial in helping our organization achieve its sales targets and build a strong customer base.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products and services.
  • Respond to incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a detailed and organized record of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide accurate and complete information about the products to customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met satisfactorily.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary for resolution.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management team.
  • Continuously update CRM systems with accurate customer data and communication logs.
  • Handle customer grievances with empathy and in accordance with company policies.
  • Participate in company training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and enhance performance.
  • Gather, analyze, and act upon feedback provided by customers to improve service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a definite advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive attitude.
