Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Tele Caller to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls. They will provide information about the company's products and services, address inquiries, and resolve any issues customers might have. A successful Tele Caller will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive attitude, and a passion for enhancing the customer experience. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple calls simultaneously. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and provide accurate information promptly.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and keep a precise database update.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics with customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the successful closure of sales inquiries.
  • Escalate feedback or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge to enhance customer interaction experiences.
  • Conduct surveys and gather customer feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly call targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients over the phone.
  • Assist customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance call handling skills and product understanding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a related customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep precise records.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM software or databases.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education is a plus.
