Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system and network configurations for optimal performance.

• Provide end-user support and resolve complex technical issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and system administration.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux/Unix, or Mac OS environments and infrastructures.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud computing, and storage area networks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
• Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
