Senior Full Stack Developer (225-905)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly features.
• Maintain and enhance existing web applications for improved functionality and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across both front-end and back-end.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality.
• Implement security measures and safeguards to protect data and ensure privacy compliance.
• Identify and troubleshoot software issues promptly to minimize downtime and service disruption.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
• Develop and execute unit tests and collaborate with QA teams to ensure code quality.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to foster skill development within the team.
• Coordinate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and application configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development roles is necessary.
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong experience with back-end languages like Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Extensive knowledge of database management, both SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git, for collaborative development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to debugging and testing.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and contributing to project management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
