Job Description

As a Senior Executive in Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading and managing comprehensive HR strategies that drive company objectives and foster a thriving workplace environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives and goals.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring conflict resolution and staff satisfaction.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Design and oversee performance management systems to improve employee performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive in the industry.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate communication between staff and management to foster a positive work environment.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Advise senior management on HR policies and organizational development changes.
  • Mentor and coach junior HR staff, developing leadership skills within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic organization.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing an HR team effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP preferred but not required.
