Job Description

As a Sales Executive in the retail sector, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for clients. Your primary goal will be to expand and maintain the customer base, understand customer needs, and offer suitable products and services that meet those needs. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding retail sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends accurately.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for daily operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
