Real Estate - Client Advisor Agent

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Client Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through property sales, purchases, and investments in Dubai’s real estate market.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main advisor for clients on property buying, selling, and investment opportunities.

  • Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties.

  • Provide professional property viewings, presentations, and tours.

• Market Expertise

  • Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, property laws, and new project launches.

  • Advise clients on ROI, rental yields, market prices, and investment strategies.

• Sales & Negotiations

  • Handle inquiries, qualify leads, and follow up consistently.

  • Negotiate offers and close deals to meet sales targets.

  • Coordinate with developers, landlords, and mortgage providers to finalize transactions.

• Documentation & Compliance

  • Guide clients through RERA regulations, contracts, and property transfer processes.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to legal requirements.

• Business Development

  • Generate new leads via networking, referrals, events, and digital marketing.
