We are seeking a courteous and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our visitors and clients. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office locations.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with necessary materials stocked.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries as required.
  • Maintain office security by adhering to safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock regularly updated.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments as needed.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Assist with special projects and provide support to administrative staff.
  • Coordinate with other administration staff on tasks that require dual responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
  • Professional attitude and appearance with a customer service focus.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues as they arise.
